All rates quoted are in Canadian dollars. The rates quoted in packages are valid for the period stated in each individual package. However in event of unforeseen circumstances such as rise in fuel prices, admission fees, hotel rates, government taxes or seasonal/event surcharges Gill International Travel reserves the rights to alter the quoted rates with or without prior notice.

Child Rates
All rates quoted are for adults only.
For child below 12 years of Age 75% of adult fare is applicable.Rates for hotel accommodation are as per our contracted rates and vary form one hotel to another.
Payment
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the commencement of journey. Cancellation Policy

Tour leader entitlements
Complimentary transfer and tours are provided to one tour leader with every 15 full paying passengers (airfares and meals not inclusive) Complimentary room for tour leader is strictly on request basis and at the discretion of hotel.
Passport and VISA
Please ensure that you have a valid passport and VISA. Gill International Travel does not bear any responsibilities for denial of entry into India or any other touring country by the Immigration authorities. No compensation will be awarded in such circumstances.
Liability
Gill International Travel only acts as an intermediary between transport companies, hotels and other contractors and therefore does not accept any kind of responsibility for:-
a. any act of omission or default, accident or irregularities that may be caused to life and/or property.
b. any cancellation of journey, delays, failure to provide seats/berths, facility for carrying and storing luggage and failure to provide accommodation.
c. Gill International Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if circumstances so demand and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of it.
Coverage and Acceptance
All quoted rates are subject to the terms and conditions stated above regardless of whether they are included in the quotations or otherwise. Gill International travel reserves the right to amend any of these conditions from time to time at its discretion.
